Description:

 

We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full time, in-office, Administrative Assistant.  We work with our staff to provide a work-life balance.  For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with confidential client information and enter into our tax and accounting software.
  • Preparation of documents produced by the Firm for clients, such as financial reports, tax forms and client correspondence.
  • Assist with general office duties.

Requirements:

 

  • Experience with an accounting firm or financial organization preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
